Lodging Recommendations

We’ve secured a room block at the Cloudveil, Gravity Haus, and SpringHill Suites. We recommend booking early, as space in Jackson Hole fills quickly during the summer months. See below for the room block links and cutoff dates for booking. We’ve included a simple cost guide for each hotel, ranging from $ (least expensive) to $$$ (most expensive), to help guests compare options.

We encourage everyone to stay in either downtown Jackson’s Square or Teton Village, as shuttles will run to and from the above hotels. We will continue to update this page as we finalize all accommodations and transportation.

We recognize that accommodations in Jackson can be a significant expense for guests, so we wanted to keep this in mind as you consider lodging options for the weekend.

Airbnbs are also a great option for travel. We recommend staying within a radius of Wilson, Teton Village, and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. We’ve included a map for reference below:

Flights

Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) is located approximately 15 minutes north of downtown Jackson Hole. Flights are available to JAC from most major airport hubs with most connecting flights routing through Denver or Salt Lake. While well connected, JAC is a small airport and rental car options can be limited. For those desiring to extend their trip, you may choose to fly in to Idaho Falls (2hr drive to JH) or Salt Lake City (4hr drive) or Bozeman International (4.5 hr drive to JH)

Rental Cars

Jackson Hole Airport offers several rental car options, including Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, and National, with additional companies offering complimentary shuttle service from the airport. We recommend reserving your rental car well in advance, especially during peak travel season.

Uber and Lyft are limited, but generally available from DT Jackson to Teton Village, especially during the day and early evening.

PLEASE NOTE: No Ubers or transportation outside of provided shuttles will be allowed on the ranch for wedding day. We will have shuttles running throughout the reception for those who wish to head home early.

  • Black Diamond Transportation – Private airport and event transportation throughout the valley.
